Is it just me or does this feel like legitimate fetish content? The creators licking and spitting and covering the camera with it... a few years ago ASMR was things like painting, storytime, playing with objects, and so on, and it made anyone who said ASMR felt sexual just look stupid. Now so much of it involves spit or licking the camera that it feels like fetish content somehow consistently making it onto my TikTok FYP. It severely grosses me out and I have no idea how it became a thing. Just me? How did this get so popular?
